Adewale Alaka -Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer
He is a Professional Banker with over twenty five years of unblemished career spanning Domestic, Corporate and
Mortgage Banking. He holds a Masters degree in Banking and Finance from Lagos State University and is also an
associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers started his working experience with Union Bank Nigeria Plc from where
he was seconded to Union Homes Savings and Loans plc and he rose to become the Branch Head Mortgages. He
then moved to Refuge Homes Savings and Loans as Head Mortgage and Business Development. His sojourn took
him to Willbatruss Nigeria Limited as Vice President/CEO from where he moves to Sub-Urban Trust Savings and
Loans Ltd as CEO. He gathered more experience as Managing Director/CEO Crossover Savings
and Loans Limited.
He was CEO Integrated Homes Savings and Loans Limited before finally landing at Haimirich as Chief Executive
Officer. He currently serves as board member of Lakewood Property Investment Company and also on the board of
Spheres Realities Limited. He participated at the Re-engineering of two of these mortgage institutions and
nurtured the others from scratch to operational mode. He was the team leader in conceptualization, development
and delivery of various estates which includes Guinness Nigeria Plc Staff Cooperative Society Housing Estate at
Warewa Ogun State, Beaufort Royal Project, Mowe , Yotomi Golden Estate, Arepo, Ogun State ,Allen Estate at
Ofada Ogun state Just to mention a few.
